​Each and every night at 3am, while the rest of the world sleeps, our dedicated and hardworking bakers are already up and preparing all the wonderful treats to be displayed in our showcases. A few hours later, our creative and detailed decorators come in to assemble and put the finishing touches on all of our pastries and cakes. It takes a lot of hardwork to make sure that each morning at 7am sharp, everyone can enjoy thier favorite goodies when we open our doors.  We put our heart and soul into everything we create here at Roes Casa Dolce. From our delectable fluffy pancakes to our Rainbow Cannoli Cakes, we guarantee you will love every bite.

 

Our Rockville Centre location features our hot food menu, along with a professional coffee bar equipped to whip up fantastic espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolates. Although our Merrick location does not offer our hot food menu or coffee bar, its larger size allows us to showcase all of our favorite pastries, cookies, and cakes all at once! You're guaranteed to always find something you love.

 

Along with our fantastic selection of pastries, cakes, and bread at both of our locations, we also serve up one of Rockville Centre's best breakfast and lunch menus, complete with imported italian coffee and espresso drinks. We are so delighted to hear that our egg sandwiches are considered some of the best on Long Island, and that our Challah French Toast is "absolutely out of this world!"
